Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or brand leadership.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative execution and systems-level thinking.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling brand systems as governed infrastructure.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience translating brand strategy into multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the visual brand strategy across marketing, product, and corporate/employer branding.
  • Lead the development and governance of scalable design systems.
  • Direct end-to-end creative output across campaigns, digital channels, web, social media, events, and sales enablement.
  • Contribute hands-on design work while setting creative standards.
  • Build and shape the creative function, including managing designers and defining workflows.
  • Partner with marketing, product design, and executive leadership to align brand expression.
  • Establish efficient creative operations and intake processes.
