- Experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and administrative workflows
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- HIPAA awareness and professionalism
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Forms, Asana, and Google Voice
- Reliable laptop/desktop with high-speed internet
- Noise-canceling headset and webcam
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient follow-up calls and lead nurturing
- Schedule and coordinate consultations
- Manage phone calls and routing through Google Voice
- Process prior authorizations and insurance verification
- Assist with insurance reimbursement and billing workflows
- Educate clients on medical wigs, cranial prosthetics, and hair services
- Explain financing options and support consultation conversion
- Use Asana for administrative task management
