Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via email, phone, and online channels.
  • Field Tier 1 support calls, averaging 15-30 calls daily.
  • Diagnose and escalate critical or complex issues.
  • Participate in annual user group meetings.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base content development.
  • Perform computer performance checkouts.
  • Deliver accurate troubleshooting and corrective guidance to clients.
  • Assist with electronic prescription setup and training for medical staff.
  • Prioritize and resolve support tickets within deadlines.
  • Document customer interactions in an online ticketing system.
