Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email, phone, and online channels.
- Field Tier 1 support calls, averaging 15-30 calls daily.
- Diagnose and escalate critical or complex issues.
- Participate in annual user group meetings.
- Contribute to Knowledge Base content development.
- Perform computer performance checkouts.
- Deliver accurate troubleshooting and corrective guidance to clients.
- Assist with electronic prescription setup and training for medical staff.
- Prioritize and resolve support tickets within deadlines.
- Document customer interactions in an online ticketing system.
