Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or technical project management
- Experience implementing SaaS platforms and software systems
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in business process mapping and workflow analysis
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability
- Understanding of data migration workflows, APIs, and integrations
- Experience with workflow automation and SaaS system configuration
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live
- Analyze client workflows and operational processes to recommend scalable configurations
- Configure SaaS platforms, automations, permissions, and system logic
- Manage data migration projects and coordinate system integrations
- Deliver onboarding sessions and end-user training
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and implementation dashboards
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deployment quality
