Requirements
- 7+ years in Sales Operations or Compensation.
- 3+ years in a dedicated management or lead role.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership.
- Experience in high-change (SaaS) environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Xactly (Incent).
- Expert-level Excel skills (lookups, pivots, logic formulas).
- Experience with CRM software (SalesForce).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with revenue operations and executive leadership to design annual and quarterly incentive plans.
- Manage and mentor the compensation analyst to ensure accurate and on-time payouts.
- Act as the voice of sales comp by training the sales force and addressing rep inquiries.
- Manage the inquiries and exceptions process for sales compensation.
- Serve as the primary admin for Xactly Incent platform.
- Maintain data integrity between Xactly, Salesforce, and Workday.
- Partner with finance on forecasting, accruals, and commission expense modeling.
