Requirements

  • 3+ years in a dedicated management or lead role.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership.
  • Experience in high-change (SaaS) environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Xactly (Incent).
  • Expert-level Excel skills (lookups, pivots, logic formulas).
  • Experience with CRM software (SalesForce).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with revenue operations and executive leadership to design annual and quarterly incentive plans.
  • Manage and mentor the compensation analyst to ensure accurate and on-time payouts.
  • Act as the voice of sales comp by training the sales force and addressing rep inquiries.
  • Manage the inquiries and exceptions process for sales compensation.
  • Serve as the primary admin for Xactly Incent platform.
  • Maintain data integrity between Xactly, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Partner with finance on forecasting, accruals, and commission expense modeling.
