Job Details

5–7+ years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
Proven track record of scaling acquisition efficiently.
Deep hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Strong ability to interpret data, build reports or models, and translate insights into strategic decisions.
Proven experience designing and scaling structured experimentation programs.
Familiarity with analytics and attribution platforms such as GA4, Rockerbox, or similar tools.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and drives projects end-to-end.
Ability to clearly present insights, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Own strategy and execution of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and partner listing campaigns across Member and Host growth funnels.
Continuously optimize campaigns to hit CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets while balancing efficiency and scale.
Manage and allocate budgets across channels, campaigns, and audiences.
Partner with design and marketing teams to test and iterate on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
Collaborate with external platforms, partners, and internal stakeholders to launch, scale, and refine campaigns.
Analyze full-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for conversion improvement.
Design and lead A/B testing strategies across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mix.
Build dashboards, monitor performance trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
