Requirements
- 5–7+ years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition efficiently.
- Deep hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Strong ability to interpret data, build reports or models, and translate insights into strategic decisions.
- Proven experience designing and scaling structured experimentation programs.
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution platforms such as GA4, Rockerbox, or similar tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and drives projects end-to-end.
- Ability to clearly present insights, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and partner listing campaigns across Member and Host growth funnels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to hit CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets while balancing efficiency and scale.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels, campaigns, and audiences.
- Partner with design and marketing teams to test and iterate on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
- Collaborate with external platforms, partners, and internal stakeholders to launch, scale, and refine campaigns.
- Analyze full-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for conversion improvement.
- Design and lead A/B testing strategies across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mix.
- Build dashboards, monitor performance trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
