Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- English proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions.
