Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a tech company
- Proven experience in a scale-up or startup environment
- Strong understanding of European employment complexity
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fully remote, async-first team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp sense for numbers
- Strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using AI tools to draft, research, and build
Responsibilities
- Own core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
- Support managers and employees on performance management and employee relations
- Work with EOR providers and contractors across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with Finance on contractor and payroll-related processes
- Design and document scalable HR workflows, replacing manual processes with structured, AI-assisted solutions
- Build and maintain people ops tooling and automations
