Requirements

  • 1+ year of commercial experience in operational or product-adjacent roles.
  • Proficiency in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4.
  • Experience with online billing systems (checkout, 3DS, disputes).
  • Experience with payment systems like Stripe, Solidgate, Adyen, or Paddle.
  • Experience with customer support operations (SLA, ticketing).
  • Basic knowledge of automation AI tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, ClaudeCode, Cursor).
  • Documentation and knowledge management skills using Notion or Confluence.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing, 3DS flows, retry logic, anti-fraud rules, and chargebacks.
  • Oversee customer support operations, including SLAs, templates, and escalation flows.
  • Manage email communications and monitor deliverability.
  • Maintain and organize product knowledge documentation in Notion/Confluence.
  • Optimize product processes and implement automation using no-code and AI tools.
