Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor relationships and implementations.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong track record of driving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional written communication skills for leadership-level documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
- Technical fluency to understand API docs and integration issues.
- High level of AI fluency using tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships including Healthie, Candid Health, and HubSpot.
- Drive implementation projects from requirements to go-live.
- Run structured vendor evaluations and pilots.
- Manage complex initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Executive teams.
- Maintain and improve product organizational infrastructure including roadmap tools and reporting.
- Partner with Engineering and Data to ensure tools meet team needs.
- Model AI-native work processes for the team.
- Manage the CPO's priority list and represent product interests in cross-functional meetings.
