Requirements
- 3+ years experience in engineering or software delivery leadership.
- Proven ability to own outcomes rather than just managing processes.
- Experience working across engineering, product, and QA functions.
- Strong communication skills with experience updating senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of release readiness, testing, and operational risk.
- Genuine interest in product development beyond process management.
- Background in iGaming, gaming, or regulated product environments preferred.
- Experience with B2B or multi-operator delivery models preferred.
- Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems.
- Experience working with external studios or third-party partners.
- Knowledge of OKR-based planning.
- Experience with Jira configuration.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for games, features, or platform work from requirement to production.
- Set, track, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively resolve project blockers.
- Design and optimize engineering delivery workflows.
- Manage release readiness, ensuring testing coverage and documentation.
- Align product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams.
- Report status directly to the VP of Delivery.
