Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
- Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Establish and refine project management frameworks and methodologies.
