Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or junior product roles.
- Experience in health-tech or digital development environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to synthesize complex discussions.
- Mission-driven mindset focused on reproductive healthcare.
- Ability to work in an on-camera culture during remote meetings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driver for team organization using Asana.
- Manage vendor contracts and invoice submissions.
- Ensure project staff compliance with HIPAA training requirements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and document action items.
- Review platform data to generate status reports and dashboards.
- Support the Engagement Manager in executing patient outreach and social media monitoring.
- Facilitate communication across Digital, Program, and Training teams via Salesforce.
- Perform site health checks and log bugs for the development team.
- Complete market profiles and support user studies and persona development.
