Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Marketing/Growth Ops, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle or engagement tools like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Totango, Churnzero, or Gainsight.
- Comfortable working with segments, triggers, and event data.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Analytical mindset for reading dashboards and comparing variant performance.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach in a remote-first environment.
- Curiosity about AI-native workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push.
- Configure segments, triggers, and workflows.
- Perform campaign QA including audience checks, testing, and tracking validation.
- Translate customer journey maps into concrete assets like welcome flows and activation nudges.
- Maintain a catalog of live journeys with documentation.
- Work with Data and Ops to ensure event data flow.
- Monitor performance metrics such as engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Sales on playbooks and content.
- Run experiments across channels and flows.
