Requirements

- Experience with lead generation campaigns, conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Calendly, Zapier, and CRM integrations.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and communicate insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in client-facing environments.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in financial services, appointment-setting funnels, or high-ticket marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign metrics and align on objectives.
- Develop, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
- Write compelling ad copy, messaging variations, and video sales letter scripts.
- Collaborate with creative teams to support development and testing of advertising assets.
- Configure and maintain tracking systems, conversion events, pixels, and marketing automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and technical integrations.
- Build strong client relationships to contribute to retention and account growth.
