Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in project controls, project management, continuous improvement, or telecommunications environments.
  • Strong experience managing multiple complex projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Proven ability to document processes, manage governance frameworks, and support system improvements.
  • Experience supporting system testing, process optimization, or project management tool enhancements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project controls governance processes, including intake and requirements gathering to ensure clear definition and alignment of project needs.
  • Manage and maintain updates within project tracking systems to ensure visibility, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive strategic project execution aligned with organizational priorities and continuous improvement objectives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project controls governance questions across cross-functional teams.
  • Collect, document, and translate stakeholder feedback into process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, templates, and governance documentation for enterprise use.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to build alignment, support decision-making, and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.
  • Partner with system administrators and development teams to implement enhancements and test new features in project management platforms.
  • Map and standardize workflows and processes to improve consistency and efficiency across project delivery.
