  • Contact leads to uncover their challenges, goals, and readiness to invest.
  • Manage ghost calendars and transfer leads strategically.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and create call lists.
  • Manage outbound dialers in JustCall.
  • Participate in roleplays, coaching sessions, and mentoring.
  • Track KPIs and sales results in reports.
