- Contact leads to uncover their challenges, goals, and readiness to invest.
- Manage ghost calendars and transfer leads strategically.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and create call lists.
- Manage outbound dialers in JustCall.
- Participate in roleplays, coaching sessions, and mentoring.
- Track KPIs and sales results in reports.
