Requirements

- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text outreach with prospective clients.
- Re-engage leads who have previously expressed interest in company services.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and next steps within the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership.
- Track lead pipeline activity and report on conversion opportunities.
- Identify warm prospects and move them through the sales process.
- Assist with investor and client communications.
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status.
