Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and next steps within the CRM.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership.
  • Track lead pipeline activity and report on conversion opportunities.
  • Identify warm prospects and move them through the sales process.
  • Assist with investor and client communications.
  • Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status.
