Requirements
- Active, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, CNS, or equivalent).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare.
- At least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical education and quality improvement.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and one full accreditation cycle.
- Deep knowledge of value-based care models.
- Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA) and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure upon hire.
- Ability to travel periodically for training, meetings, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive training curriculum for clinical staff.
- Lead organization-wide QA/QI program and monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee all accreditation activities and readiness programs (e.g., ACHC, CHAP, TJC).
- Support adherence to regulatory requirements and conduct clinical audits.
- Collaborate with medical leadership and Compliance Department on evidence-based guidelines.
- Mentor and manage a team of trainers and quality specialists.
- Maintain active clinical caseload as an Advanced Practice Provider.
