Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, CNS, or equivalent).
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare.
  • At least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership in clinical education and quality improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and one full accreditation cycle.
  • Deep knowledge of value-based care models.
  • Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA) and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure upon hire.
  • Ability to travel periodically for training, meetings, and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive training curriculum for clinical staff.
  • Lead organization-wide QA/QI program and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Oversee all accreditation activities and readiness programs (e.g., ACHC, CHAP, TJC).
  • Support adherence to regulatory requirements and conduct clinical audits.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership and Compliance Department on evidence-based guidelines.
  • Mentor and manage a team of trainers and quality specialists.
  • Maintain active clinical caseload as an Advanced Practice Provider.
