Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance, and styling services.
  • Engage with customers across multiple platforms, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries.
  • Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals.
  • Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to connect with clients when they are most available.
