Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in school leadership, customer success, or supporting education entrepreneurs
  • Experience building, managing, or scaling account management or partner success teams
  • Strong customer orientation with ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Demonstrated experience coaching school leaders or operators
  • Ability to engage credibly across school operations, finance, enrollment, and academics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale KaiPod’s school success function across our network
  • Define strategy for supporting founders across academics, operations, enrollment, and finance
  • Develop systems to coach school leaders
  • Identify patterns across the network and turn them into action through internal playbooks
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy
  • Own the commercial health of company-operated sites and partner network
  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of account managers
