Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Enterprise sales role.
- 4-8+ years of experience in a B2B closing sales role.
- Proven track record of high and consistent quota attainment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience delivering consistent growth within existing Enterprise accounts.
- Strong background in consultative selling or strategic account management.
- Expert at building trust with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite.
- Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts through customer success, up-selling, cross-selling, and strong commercial strategy.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing for complex deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Drive revenue by leveraging negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure win-win partnerships.
- Define territory and account strategies that enable sales velocity in partnership with internal teams.
- Build trust with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other stakeholders by aligning Asana’s solutions with their strategic goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Anticipate challenges within customer accounts and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction.
