Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in market operations, energy markets, or related industries preferred
- Ability to ensure integration alignment across all workstreams
- Extensive Smartsheet experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools
- Knowledge of market operation systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Responsibilities
- Support IMO Program Manager through data analysis and reporting
- Leverage Smartsheet Integration structure to deliver full program
- Assist in Steerco, board, cross functional and functional workstream alignment via presentation creation and project plan management
- Socialize program structure, roles, governance for contractors managed under the IMO
- Oversee multiple workstreams’ progress via dashboards to ensure progress toward stated goals
- Drive prioritization, optimization, and resource allocation in collaboration with the IMO team
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in the development and maintenance of market operation systems and tools
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports and presentations
- Identify and implement process improvements
