Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or Recruiting Program Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS administration, preferably Ashby or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in recruiting analytics, dashboard creation, funnel reporting, and workforce metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational insights.
- Proven experience improving recruiting workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable process improvements.
- Excellent spreadsheet and data modeling skills for operational and forecasting analysis.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to operate independently while influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflow configuration, automations, integrations, and process governance.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards, funnel analytics, and executive-level reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design, refine, and scale recruiting processes aligned with rapid organizational growth.
- Analyze recruiting funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and bottlenecks to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and enforce recruiting SLAs, documentation standards, and operational best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Improve recruiter and hiring manager experience by streamlining workflows, scheduling processes, and interview coordination systems.
- Ensure high data integrity across recruiting systems, including stage consistency, reporting accuracy, and source attribution.
- Support workforce planning and recruiting capacity forecasting to align hiring needs with business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and People Operations on strategic recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
