Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- Proven success in delivering projects in complex, international environments
- Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
- Skilled in reporting, visualizing, and communicating delivery progress
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English
- Naturally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Program Increments (PI), ensuring quarterly objectives are planned, executed, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate and align two backend teams with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Translate product vision into actionable multi-year roadmaps and integrated sprint-based plans.
- Define, track, and report KPIs with clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure consistent alignment between development, infrastructure, and applications teams.
