Requirements
- Current Workday HCM or Financials and Workday Project Manager certifications
- Current Workday Partner Certification
- 3+ years’ experience project managing Workday HCM, payroll, or financial implementations
- Consulting experience in an internal or external consulting/software company capacity
- Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
- Working knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable
- Business development skills and service sales experience
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to present at Executive and Project Team levels
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of 2+ simultaneous projects
- Ensure project deliverables (charter, governance, staffing plan) are completed successfully
- Govern milestone deliverables and resolve issues impacting project success
- Anticipate scope slip and manage to agreed budget
- Participate in the sales cycle, formulate delivery approaches, and develop proposals/SOWs
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other Project Managers
- Work with Workday Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance
- Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices
- Maintain ongoing client satisfaction to ensure referenceability
