- 2 – 5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications, focusing on requirements, process analysis, and documentation.
- Current Workday HCM Certifications.
- Ability to support multiple customers effectively.
- Progressive analytical and functional skills demonstrated in project or support environments.
- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage timelines and goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specializing and deepening skill set within functional areas.
- Build rapport with AMS clients, guiding them in maximizing their Workday deployment.
- Analyze and document client problems, recommend solutions, and ensure problem resolution.
- Configure tenants based on client requirements, conduct tests, and deploy configurations.
- Maintain client satisfaction to ensure Intecrowd's reputation.
- Manage multiple projects using organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Strive to innovate and suggest new tools to deploy Workday.
- Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous education among colleagues.
