Responsibilities:

• Successfully obtain Workday Certification.
• Engage with clients as a contributing team member.
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams.
• Keep the project team informed of work status.
• Join discovery sessions with customers and project teams.
• Gather requirements from customers and vendors and create functional designs.
• Manage competing project priorities.
• Provide internal feedback on project improvement areas.
• Ensure client referenceability post-production.
• Participate in training and share product skills with other consultants.
• Assist in fostering ongoing customer relationships.
