Requirements:

• Current Workday Implementer certification in Integrations, Studio, or other advanced certification.
• Comfortable or fluent speaking English.
• Good English writing skills.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to ask detailed questions and remember answers.
• Ability to lead a meeting through an agenda.
• Ability to think logically.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and remotely across time zones.
• A degree in computer science or experience in server side software application development.
• Proficiency with technologies like XML, XSLT, Java, MVEL, NodeJS, Python, Linux, and AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Work on client engagements as a contributor and may lead small projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams.
• Keep Engagement Managers and stakeholder teams apprised of overall project status.
• Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams.
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning.
• Lead discovery sessions with subject matter experts.
• Manage competing priorities.
• Advise customers on Workday integrations and best practices.
