Requirements
- Real trading experience as a power user of crypto or RWA trading platforms.
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or prosumer trading products.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Proven experience scaling product management with AI automation tools.
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on shipping and iterative feedback.
- Demonstrated experience driving activation and growth funnel metrics.
- Strong UX intuition for identifying friction and advocating for simplicity.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define how users use AI to discover, configure, and monitor trading strategies.
- Identify and remove friction in the signup-to-trading activation funnel.
- Design UX and user flows for key QuantPilot surfaces.
- Evaluate product decisions through a growth and revenue lens.
- Map the user migration journey from legacy products to QuantPilot.
- Partner with Senior Product Designer on UX flows and trading patterns.
- Coordinate with other PMs to push for retail adoption and simpler flows.
