Requirements
- Portfolio showing range including talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, and meme-edit
- Comfort talking in performance terms: CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate
- Experience reading ad account data
- History of shipping hundreds of ad variations
- Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, and captions
- Understanding of the full funnel and how creative interacts with landing pages and offers
Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy across organic and paid: hooks, angles, formats, narratives, what we test next
- Write scripts and briefs for short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and ad creative
- Ship volume: 30-50 ad creative variations per month and consistent organic output
- Work closely with media buyer to read performance data and feed it back into creative iterations
- Monitor platforms for trends, formats, and algorithm changes
