Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience developing paid ad creative for DTC, eCommerce, CPG, or wellness brands.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, UGC, and paid social creative formats.
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs, ad hooks, scripts, and messaging angles.
  • Strong analytical fluency to read performance data and translate into creative direction.
  • Understanding of acquisition metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV).
  • Customer research skills to mine reviews, comments, and competitor data.
  • Comfort working with designers, editors, creators, copywriters, and agencies.
  • Ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and supplements.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead paid ad creative strategy across key platforms with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
  • Build and manage a structured performance creative process.
  • Lead research on customer insights, reviews, and competitive actions.
  • Develop ad concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative briefs.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to track, evaluate, and generate ad creatives.
  • Maintain a clear creative testing library with learnings and recommendations.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics like CTR, CVR, CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Distill insights into executive-level updates.
