Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising, ideally within a DTC or fast-growth digital environment.
- Proven ability to develop and scale high-performing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
- Strong experience writing ad copy, hooks, scripts, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Hands-on experience working with UGC creators, designers, and cross-functional creative teams.
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks, performance metrics, and paid media optimization.
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling, emotionally driven creative strategies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative strategy for paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, including ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling of winning concepts.
- Develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, scripts, headlines, and creative briefs aligned with performance marketing goals.
- Translate customer insights, reviews, social trends, and performance data into actionable creative direction.
- Manage and direct creative production across designers, editors, and UGC creator partners to ensure high-quality execution.
- Build and optimize creative testing frameworks, tracking systems, and performance learning loops to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to align creative output with acquisition goals and media spend strategy.
- Extend successful creative concepts across additional channels such as lifecycle marketing, YouTube, CTV, and web.
- Lead seasonal campaigns and large-scale creative initiatives that support brand growth and customer engagement.
