- Identify, source, and recruit creators and affiliates across priority social platforms.
- Manage creator outreach, follow-up, onboarding, gifting, seeding, and ongoing partner communication.
- Support affiliate setup, links and codes, incentives, campaign communications, and partner activation through platforms such as Superfiliate.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, creators, ambassadors, and affiliates, tracking status, deliverables, performance, and next steps.
- Communicate content briefs, follow up on deliverables, and support creator-led video and UGC production.
- Support creator seeding for product launches to generate content, testimonials, social proof, and affiliate activity.
- Track creator- and affiliate-level performance and recommend opportunities to improve activation, revenue, and efficiency.
- Identify high-potential creators for progression into ambassador and higher-performing affiliate relationships.
- Share learnings on high-performing hooks, formats, messaging, and creator profiles with the marketing team.
- Ensure creator content follows brand, claims, sourcing, and disclosure guidelines.
