Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in maintenance management
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Successful experience in leading and developing maintenance teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance operations
- Extensive knowledge in software and automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a solid customer relationship.
- Manage maintenance teams across assigned area, including coordinators and direct supervision of technicians when required
- Oversee overall workload within the area and optimize sharing of human and material resources incl. the implementation and monitoring of KPIs
- Challenge and optimize budgets related to material purchasing within site scope
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Identify and escalate training gaps; coordinate deployment of specifically trained technicians across sites
- Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ensure application and compliance with EHS procedures for internal teams and external partners
