Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B, client-facing role such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Client Services.
  • Strong understanding of managing relationships and delivering client outcomes.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone and video calls.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding for existing brand upsells and expansions across ~30 key accounts.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support expansion into new consumer groups and markets.
  • Manage the full onboarding journey from asset collection through to setup, integration and go-live.
  • Coordinate and schedule launch and media campaigns.
  • Monitor post-launch performance in the critical first 24 hours.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and resolve issues via support tickets.
