Requirements
- Experience in a B2B, client-facing role such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Client Services.
- Strong understanding of managing relationships and delivering client outcomes.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills across email, phone and video calls.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for existing brand upsells and expansions across ~30 key accounts.
- Partner with Account Managers to support expansion into new consumer groups and markets.
- Manage the full onboarding journey from asset collection through to setup, integration and go-live.
- Coordinate and schedule launch and media campaigns.
- Monitor post-launch performance in the critical first 24 hours.
- Track campaign effectiveness and resolve issues via support tickets.
