Job Details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant job or industry
Deep familiarity with the cultural and political climates in the UK region
Experience with content moderation, content review, curation, or similar roles
Experience with copywriting and proofreading
Proficiency with Google Suite and data management tools
Strong understanding of digital streaming products and video ecosystem
Ability to review information with an analytical and objective mindset
Familiarity with social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Twitch, Clubhouse
Knowledge of pop culture, social media trends, and creators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partnerships to deliver editorial feedback and research on video content
Review video content to ensure compliance with provided guidelines to meet clients’ goals and scope of deliverables
Identify patterns or trends in video content, while adhering to client guidelines
Report to agreed-upon shifts on time, with all appropriate communication methods open and complete shifts in accordance with guidelines and scope of deliverables
Attend company, manager, and team meetings as needed/required
Evaluate and assess the assigned number of videos required to meet daily deliverables
Apply a keen awareness of the cultural and political climate to all work
Participate in and encourage the growth of 1021’s culture both within the company and outside of it
Utilize company and client-approved AI tools and policies into project workflows and identify emerging AI trends
Special projects as needed
