Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building complex HubSpot workflows in a Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations environment.
- HubSpot certifications and Academy courses taken in Workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of CRM infrastructure and all HubSpot objects, including standard objects and custom objects.
- Expert proficiency in HubSpot Workflows, including object-based automations, webhooks, custom code actions, branching logic, and cross-object property syncing.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot ticket pipelines, deal pipelines, and lifecycle stage automation.
- Demonstrated ability to execute accurately against written specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with naming conventions, folder structure, and enrollment criteria.
- Comfort working through a high-volume request queue with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain existing complex partner workflows including new workflow construction, ongoing optimization, error monitoring, and resolution of workflow failures or enrollment issues.
- Build and deploy HubSpot automations that operationalize defined processes for Sales, Support, and Account Management teams.
- Work closely with Product team stakeholders to ensure data sync and operational flows between Product systems and HubSpot are functioning correctly.
- Maintain integrations across Zapier, webhooks, and direct APIs.
- Monitor active workflows for enrollment errors, action failures, and unintended behavior.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and consolidate workflows.
- Maintain clear documentation for every workflow built or modified.
