Requirements
- 4+ years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS/Tech space
- Be located in the United States
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience troubleshooting cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Working knowledge and understanding of APIs and Networking
- Working experience troubleshooting using Datadog or similar log management tools
- Experience using databases
- Deep sense of empathy
- Ability to support a 9AM-6PM PST M-F schedule
- Open to using AI to amplify skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email, screen sharing and chat
- Master Vanta’s product and documentation
- Problem solve and troubleshoot using Support CRM
- Create reproducible test cases for the Product team
- Escalate bug reports and validate fixes
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge-base
- Participate in team troubleshooting sessions and meetings
