Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS/Tech space
  • Be located in the United States
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience troubleshooting cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Working knowledge and understanding of APIs and Networking
  • Working experience troubleshooting using Datadog or similar log management tools
  • Experience using databases
  • Deep sense of empathy
  • Ability to support a 9AM-6PM PST M-F schedule
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via email, screen sharing and chat
  • Master Vanta’s product and documentation
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot using Support CRM
  • Create reproducible test cases for the Product team
  • Escalate bug reports and validate fixes
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge-base
  • Participate in team troubleshooting sessions and meetings
