- Ability to develop and execute a win/win negotiation strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Maximize positive customer outcomes while delivering identified customer experience and financial performance targets.
- Promote and achieve high rates of customer/partner experience.
- Enable customers and partners to realize significant value from their engagements.
- Ensure delivery of targeted performance metrics and SLAs.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of assigned cases.
- Act as a back-up for team members away from their desk.
- Enact identified performance improvement recommendations.
