Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, and email.
- Ability to toggle between applications and multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor computer connectivity issues.
- Must qualify for and maintain required state insurance/service licenses.
- Ability to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming calls while performing occasional outbound calling.
- Utilize selling skills to cross-sell appropriate club products.
- Resolve membership inquiries such as billing, renewals, upgrades, and payments.
- Provide consultation and information on travel, weather, road conditions, and discounts.
- Complete Triptik requests and assist with vacation planning.
- Manage performance metrics including call handling and schedule adherence.
- Support cross-over assistance during disaster situations.
