- Previous experience with high volume outbound calls
- Minimum of two years working in a remote role
- Must have a quiet distraction-free work space
- 4-year degree preferred (psychology, business, communications, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Results-driven mindset
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone
- Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss potential client needs
- Explain how the dating membership will benefit potential clients
- Speak to clients about potential matches
- Select matches for new clients based on interviews
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to become a Dating Specialist
