- Excellent organization, coaching, and program management skills.
- Ability to connect technical depth with customer-facing impact.
Responsibilities
- Embed with Customer Success teams to understand performance trends.
- Build and maintain onboarding programs including live training and virtual curriculum.
- Design ongoing enablement for renewals, expansion, and product knowledge.
- Develop technical enablement curriculum for product understanding.
- Partner with Product and Marketing for product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Create training sessions, playbooks, and documentation.
- Establish measurable outcomes for program effectiveness.
