  • Excellent organization, coaching, and program management skills.
  • Ability to connect technical depth with customer-facing impact.

Responsibilities

  • Embed with Customer Success teams to understand performance trends.
  • Build and maintain onboarding programs including live training and virtual curriculum.
  • Design ongoing enablement for renewals, expansion, and product knowledge.
  • Develop technical enablement curriculum for product understanding.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing for product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Create training sessions, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Establish measurable outcomes for program effectiveness.
