Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or post-sale revenue roles.
  • Background in programmatic advertising, Connected TV, digital media, AdTech, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of CS methodologies including value realization and EBRs.
  • Familiarity with account health and qualification frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Proven facilitation and training engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong, Salesforce, WorkRamp, and Highspot.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Customer Success enablement programs.
  • Design engaging and practical learning experiences for customer-facing teams.
  • Build scalable reinforcement systems including coaching frameworks and peer learning.
  • Partner with CS leadership to align enablement with business goals.
  • Analyze insights from tools like Gong and Salesforce to identify performance trends.
  • Develop resources for business reviews, adoption, and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and role-plays.
  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
  • Track program effectiveness using retention and expansion metrics.
