Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or post-sale revenue roles.
- Background in programmatic advertising, Connected TV, digital media, AdTech, or SaaS.
- Deep understanding of CS methodologies including value realization and EBRs.
- Familiarity with account health and qualification frameworks like MEDDICC.
- Proven facilitation and training engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with Gong, Salesforce, WorkRamp, and Highspot.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Customer Success enablement programs.
- Design engaging and practical learning experiences for customer-facing teams.
- Build scalable reinforcement systems including coaching frameworks and peer learning.
- Partner with CS leadership to align enablement with business goals.
- Analyze insights from tools like Gong and Salesforce to identify performance trends.
- Develop resources for business reviews, adoption, and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and role-plays.
- Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Track program effectiveness using retention and expansion metrics.
