Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, sales leadership, or a closely related role.
- Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments.
- Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence effectively.
- Builder mindset with ability to create scalable programs and repeatable systems.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Demonstrated coaching skills.
- Ability to connect enablement work to business outcomes like productivity and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-impact onboarding programs for new sales hires.
- Design and deliver ongoing enablement for core seller motions such as discovery, qualification, and value selling.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to strengthen sales process adherence.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, certifications, and field-ready collateral.
- Enable the field on product launches, packaging updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Use AI tools and modern workflows to scale training and improve content access.
- Define and track success measures including ramp time, certification completion, and revenue performance.
