Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, sales leadership, or a closely related role.
  • Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence effectively.
  • Builder mindset with ability to create scalable programs and repeatable systems.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated coaching skills.
  • Ability to connect enablement work to business outcomes like productivity and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-impact onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Design and deliver ongoing enablement for core seller motions such as discovery, qualification, and value selling.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to strengthen sales process adherence.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, certifications, and field-ready collateral.
  • Enable the field on product launches, packaging updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Use AI tools and modern workflows to scale training and improve content access.
  • Define and track success measures including ramp time, certification completion, and revenue performance.
