Responsibilities
- Build the engineering management function from scratch.
- Develop hiring pipeline and lead end-to-end recruitment.
- Define team structure and career growth frameworks.
- Manage team performance and cross-functional alignment with product and design.
- Establish rituals and norms for sustainable delivery.
- Run 1:1s and provide coaching and feedback to engineers.
- Remove blockers and manage team dependencies.
- Instill customer obsession within the engineering team.
