Requirements
- Independent mental health licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- 2+ years of behavioral health admissions supervisory/management experience
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Strong project management skills
- High proficiency in navigating electronic medical record systems
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Access to reliable technology for telehealth services
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Admissions Assessment Therapists, Associates, and/or Coordinators.
- Conduct performance reviews, weekly one-on-ones, hiring, training, and coaching.
- Oversee intake and assessments of prospective clients for national virtual programs.
- Perform monthly chart audits to ensure compliance and quality.
- Develop and revise admission policies and procedures.
- Handle escalations and provide service recovery.
- Complete HIPAA-compliant virtual biopsychosocial assessments.
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
- Assign treatment team members and manage group schedules.
