Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data management, BI, or enterprise data architecture.
- 5+ years in a director-level or senior leadership role with direct people management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure data services (Synapse, ADF, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, ML).
- Expert-level Power Platform knowledge (Power BI, DAX, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience integrating Azure/Business Central with PSA platforms (ConnectWise, HubSpot).
- Experience with enterprise analytics/financial planning tools like Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Purview.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-grade data models using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
- Lead end-to-end development of semantic models, dimensional frameworks, and data pipelines.
- Oversee Power Platform solutions including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
- Establish data governance policies, quality frameworks, and lifecycle management.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing data management team.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and IT leadership on strategic data roadmaps.
- Manage budget and strategic vendor relationships.
