  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams
  • Experience hiring and training talent at scale
  • Track record of managing enterprise accounts to closure
  • Consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
  • Success in small/fast-growing company environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the physical security industry
  • Understanding of record keeping, sales process, and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc)
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving revenue growth across all revenue channels for Ambient throughout the East Coast region
  • Coach sales team on the company-adopted sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message)
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives
  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring top enterprise sales talent
  • Delivers timely and accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team
