- Expertise in web design, with a portfolio of marketing sites, and web-based projects
- Advanced Figma skills
- Expertise in responsive, accessible web design and UX/UI
- Track record of collaboration with creative, marketing, and technical teams
- Experience streamlining workflows and using automation tools
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and accountability
- Ability to give actionable feedback and work with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering web assets for campaigns, product launches, and company announcements.
- Meeting and working with various teams to gather requirements and feedback for web design projects.
- Consolidating requests for changes to the website into high-impact projects
- Ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all web initiatives.
- Running design reviews and sharing work early to gather cross-functional input
- Partnering with SEO, engineering, and marketing to inform structure, performance, and content decisions
- Defining user flows, page structures, and content hierarchy for key journeys
- Collaborating on conversion strategy
